Finding the Balance Between Brand and People
Shifting a craft brewery's social presence from polished brand-first content to human, audience-led storytelling.

This Is What We Stand For (A Concept Project)
A concept campaign for Who Gives A Crap, reframing sustainability as something personal, familiar, and lived.

NJSM: Keeping Events Alive Online (During Lockdown)
Pivoting a live events company into a full-scale online studio brand when the venues went dark.
03, How I work
Three principles
I work to.
Eye for Detail
In every role I've taken on, I've focused on observation above all else. Simply keeping an eye out has helped me work faster, learn quicker, and grow with intention. Listening is as important as doing.
Working Hard, Honestly
I research before I speak, and ask the uncomfortable questions when no one else does. I'll go the extra mile if it means the work is better. When feedback comes, I absorb it and take responsibility.
Being Respectful
Respect has a high standard in my world. Everyone gets to feel seen, cared for, and heard, regardless of role. I build rapport through small acts of appreciation that make people feel valued.
